About Ryan

Ryan Rockwell is a Seattle native who grew up on the Eastside and now lives in the city. After graduating from the University of Washington, he began his career at Nordstrom, where a strong standard of customer care became foundational to his approach. With a longstanding interest in real estate, he transitioned into the industry, carrying forward a service-driven mindset that continues to define his work.

Recognized as one of the top-producing brokers in the region, Ryan has been representing clients in Seattle since 1998 and negotiates more than $50,000,000 in real estate annually. His thoughtful marketing strategies, consistent results, and strong negotiation skills have earned him the respect of both clients and peers. In late 2025, he partnered with Evan Wyman to form Wyman Rockwell Partners, bringing together a shared philosophy centered on strategic, client-first representation.

Ryan approaches real estate with a focus on clarity, consistency, and long-term relationships. Known for his accessibility and steady presence, he remains closely involved throughout every stage of the process. He and his wife, Cindy, have two sons, Nick and Alex, along with their dogs, Franky and Tony. Outside of real estate, he enjoys summers on Lake Washington and traveling during the winter months.
